We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you need to return a product, we’ve made the process quick and simple.
Return Policy
You can return your product for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
⚠️ Important: You need to reach out to our support team to get an RMA# before returning the product. Products received without it may not be eligible for a refund. The fastest way to get assistance is by using the green chat button in the lower right corner.

Items must be unopened and in the same condition you received them.

Orders that are being prepared by our fulfillment team or that have already shipped cannot be stopped mid-delivery. You can still pause or cancel future shipments at any time.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we receive your returned item. Returned products are inspected upon arrival. It can take up to 2 weeks before your refund is processed.
